REALTORS® with the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification have in-depth training in all types of negotiation formats and methods so that they can play the game to win. Using education and expertise ensures a proven negotiation strategy to achieve optimum results with the other party in the transaction. RENE certified brokers have the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.
The Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard your commission, limit risk, and protect buyers.
REALTORS® with the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process including Transactions, Negotiations, and Contracts.
