Seller Representative Specialist
Not all seller representatives / Realtors® are equal. Only a real estate broker who has earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation has made the extra effort to raise the bar, with additional training and experience.
If you work with an SRS®, you can feel confident that you’ll receive the highest level of property owner representation services. The SRS® designation is awarded by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
- A seller’s representative is your agent and represents you
and your interests, not the buyer’s, in the real estate transaction.
- A seller’s rep who is a SRS® is a trusted advocate who has completed specialized training and has experience in helping seller clients search for homes, write and negotiate offers, and get to closing − in short, SRS® help clients sell their homes in preparation to move to their next home.
- In addition to knowing the dynamics of the local market, REALTORS® with the SRS® designation understand the special needs of sellers. They have additional knowledge and experience that takes them a step beyond an agent who only concentrates on listing property for sellers but allows them to concentrate on selling that property. An SRS® can provide you with valued assistance throughout the transaction and help you make informed decisions that will lead to a successful home sale.
